Up to 60 hours a week between two locations Position open from May through September Shared employee housing available for $400 a month Job Responsibilities: Managing grill stations at two locations during headcook downtime Assisting general manager and headcooks with any operational or organizational tasks Managing Fry and Dessert stations when needed Maintain Kitchen Operational Standards Direct Fry Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers when necessary
